Born in Madison, WI, Mark Crowder grew up on the evangelistic field with his parents and brother, ministering and preaching. He attended Indiana University, graduating in December 2008 with a major in computer science and minor in music theory. Mark has won many singing competitions in various states throughout high school and college, as well as the UPCI competition, Talent Search. These competitions opened the door for him to record his first CD, ‘No More Night’. Before moving to Columbus, OH, he served in music positions in Indianapolis, IN and Brooklyn, NY. In 2012, Mark Crowder accepted his assignment as the Music Director of Calvary Apostolic Church. His choirs and groups have opened up for Tye Tribbett, JJ Hairston, Mary Mary, and have sang for a number of gospel legends such as Kurt Carr and Donnie McClurkin. In March of 2016 he married the love of his life, Blessing Okala and had their first child, Mirella Elizabeth, in January 2017.
